We currently offer the following shipping options (United States Postal Service):

• First Class
• Parcel Post
• Priority
• Express

All returns to CircleKSupply.com are subject to the following conditions:

• Merchandise must be in original packaging to receive a refund.
• Your return must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the day your order shipped.
• Defective items will be replaced with the same item if available, or store credit will be provided to purchase another item, NO refunds.
• All of the original packaging, including inserts, bonus materials, etc, MUST be included.
• We do not pay for shipping the item back.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Clearence, and bargin bin items may not be returned for any reason, unless defective.

Please follow the instructions below, or your return may be sent back to you:

1. Fill out the appropriate return information on the back of the original Invoice you received in your shipment. It must be filled out in its entirety and be legible.
2. Carefully pack your return items in a box large enough to accommodate all the items. We will NOT except return shipments in an envelope.
3. Include your original Invoice in the box and seal it tightly.
